Busy, busy!!
Bazaar Flyer
We are some busy little worker bees right now, getting everything in place for a great event on Saturday!! The Raffle page is being constantly updated with donations from local businesses and vendors. We’re also getting more donation for the free Door Prizes!
There’s been a couple changes with the table layout, all to give each vendor the best opportunity to be successful. Please let us know if you have any issues and we will work them out! There are a couple tables left if you need one, please let Becca know.
More signage will be going up around the area on Friday evening and we’ll be distributing another batch of flyers all over tomorrow. We’d love if you could help out and share the flyer with your office, carpool, neighbors, grocery clerk, banker, babysitter…!!
With over 50 vendors, there is truly something for everyone!!
Please remember that kids (or those under 150lbs) who wish to play in the bounce house MUST have socks. There is a $2 minimum suggested donation per person for the bounce house.
We look forward to having a super duper fabulous holiday bazaar on Saturday!! Thank you so much for your support and encouragement!!

3 more days!!!
We are in high gear getting all the details taken care of before the big event on Saturday!! The ‘Raffle’ page is being constantly updated with items from vendors and local businesses – be sure to check it out! The raffle is going to be amazing and tickets are only $1 (or 11 for $10)!!
Our bakers are burning up their kitchens making tasty treats to sell at the bake sale!
Bring socks for the kiddos so they can play in the covered Bounce House – requested $2 minimum donation per person.
Fill your coffee craving with the Mocha Medics, located across the lot from the main entrance (north side of the building).
Hollyhills will be selling hot dogs and nachos for lunch along with water and soda.
With over 50 vendors, there is really something for everyone so bring the whole family!!
Watch for our ads in several local print publications (Little Nickel, Everett Herald, Snohomish Tribune, just to name a few) and calendar listings in many more (Seattle Times, Bothell Reporter, Woodinville Weekly). Bring in a print ad for an EXTRA entry in the free door prize drawings!
Please help us spread the word about this great holiday shopping event and tell all your friends!! Visit us on facebook too!
Remember, a portion of the proceeds will go to Hopelink to help serve our community!
And if you haven’t had enough holiday shopping after visiting us at Hollyhills, there are a few other events in the area!

2 Weeks Away!!
We’re just 2 weeks away from the Hollyhills Bazaar!!
Highlights of the event:
55 vendors – food, jewelry, accessories, children’s clothing & accessories, pottery, wood gifts, holiday decor, home decor, health & beauty, crafts, and more
Bake sale – yummy treats for sale
Concessions – Hollyhills HOA will be selling hot dogs and nachos, chips, and soda
Espresso – The Mocha Medics will be onsite to satisfy your coffee cravings
Bounce House – We’re kid friendly so bring the whole family! ($2 suggested donation per kid, 150 lb weight limit, socks required)
Raffle – over 20 amazing baskets full of items from vendors and local businesses. $1 tickets.
Door Prizes – bring any print ad for the Hollyhills Bazaar and get an extra entry in the door prize drawing.
Proceeds go to Hopelink and Hollyhills.
Get your holiday shopping started – and maybe finished! – and have a great time with us on Saturday, November 3rd!!

Bring in a published ad for a chance to win a door prize!
The Rules – One entry per person. Must bring a published or printed ad from any of the above local publications or websites. Entrants must complete an official entry form at the event from 9am - 4pm to be eligible. Winner will be notified by phone and must pick up prize by 4pm on 11/3/12. The number of winners depends on availability of prizes.

Family friendly event – bring the kids!!
The bounce house will be returning to the Hollyhills Bazaar!!
Weight limit is 150lbs. Suggested $2 minumum donation per child.
Local author Connie Mace will be there with activities for kids and Heart of Dreams Alpacas will have some of their four legged friends to pet. Several of our vendors are kid-related.
